Growth Happens Internally First
We have all been tested over the past 12 months. Although you may look around and feel that everything is not where you want it to be, I know that if you are still around working and trying to figure it out, you have grown. You have learned that no matter the circumstance you choose to overcome. This is so evident in our industry as we have been (like many other small businesses) forced to close. Sometimes you need to not pay attention to everything on the outside and just take a minute to realize how incredibly awesome you are for the simple fact that you just keep going. I am so proud of you and cannot be more honored to be in an industry with such amazing, powerful, no quit people.

Even if your business did not make it through this past year, you can still move forward. I learned at some point in life that we learn more from our loses than our wins. When we win (which we obviously need a few W's in our column) we are able to sit back, celebrate, enjoy our ride. When we lose, that's when we take a good hard look at everything and figure out where we could improve. It is through those loses we find the wins as long as we continue to push through.
